Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our baseball and softball catcher’s gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn (with original tags attached for apparel)
  • In the original packaging with all protective padding and materials intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-fitted catcher’s gear
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Clearance or Discount Catchers Gear sections
  • Any products that show signs of use, dirt, or damage

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item(s) with all original materials and include your order confirmation. Use the return label we provide (US customers) or follow international return instructions.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error: We cover return shipping
  • Other returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • International returns: Customer responsible for shipping and customs fees

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective gear, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
