While we’re confident you’ll love your equipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process as straightforward as possible for our players, coaches, and enthusiasts.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn (with original tags attached for apparel items)
- In the original packaging with all protective padding and materials intact
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom-fitted catcher’s gear
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Clearance or Discount Catchers Gear sections
- Any products that show signs of use, dirt, or damage
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Team

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Affix the return label we provide (for US returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to our error: We’ll cover return shipping costs
- For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return, using your preferred shipping method.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
